Professional Distributor

This is for Medically related professionals that wish to add ASIHW Essential Proteins to their products that they sell directly or support through referrals. This might include MD's, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists and other licensed professionals.
A product purchase is included. The
annual fee covers the website setup and use, and an initial marketing
kit that includes 10 sample packs, a pack of 25 brochures and 25 product
usage/instruction fliers. Purchase includes a case of 12 canisters of
ASIHW Essential Proteins and 12 mixing cups. Distributor purchase price is for product for resale, and the marketing materials are included at no cost.
Professional Distributors must be able to pass an advanced level quiz on the products and marketing. Acceptance of any affiliate/distributor at any level is at the discretion of ASI Health & Wellness.
Materials and information provided to
any affiliate/distributor at any level are considered to be the property
of ASI Health & Wellness. This information is proprietary in nature
and should not be used in the development or promotion of competitive
products relating to glutathione and wellness. Violators may be subject
to termination and/or legal action a the discretion of ASI Health &
Wellness.
Please note that our reputation, and
that of our affiliates and distributors is of utmost importance to us.
We wish to maintain a presence of trust and integrity for all of our
customers, affiliates and distributors. For that reason we do not
condone false claims about our products or services, nor do we condone
questionable or unethical advertising methods such as email spam. Any
affiliate or distributor that crosses a line of trust and integrity that
we feel is important will be terminated immediately without warning, and
will forfeit any pending commissions, bonuses or compensation. They may
also be subject to legal action depending upon the scope of their
indiscretion(s).
Please note: A distributor is considered to be an independent business entity subject to federal laws, and the laws of their state.
They are responsible for their own federal and state income taxes, as
well as the collection and filing of applicable state sales and use
taxes as is required by their jurisdiction. They must satisfy all
federal, state and locality legal requirements for their business. In
addition, sales taxes will be collected on any applicable sales unless a
sales tax exemption permit is provided.
1. Buy products at a minimum of a 33% discount for personal use or resale.
2. Earn 25% commission on website sales to first level referrals on ASIHW brand products.
3. Access to your own Internet Office to track sales commissions, place orders and access marketing information.
4. Professional level Affiliate Distributors with purchases and/or Internet sales of ASIHW brand products of approximately up to $500 per month, subject to the discretion of ASH Health & Wellness at any time with no advance notice. Additional levels available for higher volumes. Contact ASI Health & Wellness for details.
5. A Social Security number or Federal ID number is required in order to receive contractor commissions from website sales. A Federal 1099 form will be filed for any gross commissions of more than $600.00 per year as required by law.
6. Requires annual renewal subject to approval at the discretion of ASI Health & Wellness.
