Referral Affiliate status is for those not wishing to be a distributor and yet want to help share the benefits of the products on this website with family, friends, associates and/or just to build an additional business income stream while helping others attain greater wellness. Referral Affiliates are considered to be independent contractors, and as such are neither employees nor distributors.
Affiliates are required to pass a basic quiz on product and marketing prior to approval. Acceptance of any affiliate/distributor at any level is at the discretion of ASI Health & Wellness.

Materials and information provided to
any affiliate/distributor at any level are considered to be the property
of ASI Health & Wellness. This information is proprietary in nature
and should not be used in the development or promotion of competitive
products relating to glutathione and wellness. Violators may be subject
to termination and/or legal action a the discretion of ASI Health &
Wellness.
Please note that our reputation, and that of our affiliates and distributors is of utmost importance to us. We wish to maintain a presence of trust and integrity for all of our customers, affiliates and distributors. For that reason we do not condone false claims about our products or services, nor do we condone questionable or unethical advertising methods such as email spam. Any affiliate or distributor that crosses a line of trust and integrity that we feel is important will be terminated immediately without warning, and will forfeit any pending commissions, bonuses or compensation. They may also be subject to legal action depending upon the scope of their indiscretion(s).
Referral Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes and will be provided with a US Federal 1099 at the end of any year in which they accrue more than $600 in commissions. A Social Security number or Federal ID number are required by law.
1. Earn 10% commission on first level sales of ASIHW brand products.
2. Access to your own Internet Office to track sales commissions and access marketing information.
3. A Social Security number or Federal
ID number is required in order to receive contractor commissions. A
Federal 1099 form will be filed for any gross commissions of more than
$600.00 per year as required by law.
4. Requires annual renewal subject to approval at the discretion of ASI Health & Wellness.
